Inspired by Bermuda’s coastal beauty and the iconic elegance of Hamilton Princess, one of the oldest hotels in the Fairmont Hotels & Resorts collection, the collaboration fuses SteamLine’s top-of-the-line craftsmanship and retro aesthetic with playful artistry.
The luggage exterior features the hotel’s signature pink, a nod to the hotel’s beloved nickname, The Pink Palace. Inside, custom illustrations by American artist Riley Sheehey, capture the island’s character with hand-drawn depictions of Bermuda’s pastel cottages, swaying palm trees, sailboats and the hotel itself. A true keepsake for travelers and art lovers alike.
What makes these pieces especially meaningful is Riley’s personal connection to Bermuda. The watercolour and multimedia artist, known for her vibrant colour palettes and intricate details, previously spent two weeks onsite as an artist in residence at Hamilton Princess, where she created commissioned pieces for the property based on the inspiration she drew while exploring the island.
