Our chefs have crafted specialty menus inspired by recipes that honour Black History cuisine from Bermuda, the Dutch Caribbean, Jamaica and West Africa. Enjoy four special menu items available this month.
From February 1st to the 15th, you can taste island chicken curry pot pie or spicy curry prawns. From February 16th through February 28th, enjoy cassava cheese balls or rum BBQ baked chicken.
