16O9 takes its name from the year that the Sea Venture shipwrecked on Bermuda’s shores and the first colony was born. We celebrate that sea-going spirit in our menu, which stars fresh local catch prepared in a fusion of island and Latin flavours. Enjoy fresh and vibrant ceviche, golden fried shrimp, a wide selection of tacos, flatbreads and much more.
We’ve also put together a spirited cocktail menu like our Mango Sriracha Margarita and One Tequila, Two Tequila, Three Tequila. You’ll also find plenty of island and southwestern flavours in our Pineapple Crush, Hand-Shaken Bartender’s Colada, and Zero Proof drinks – the Spicy Matador and A Perfect Summer. Once you’ve chosen your favourite, the scene is set for a perfect evening spent watching the sun go down over Hamilton Harbour.
